Ciao! I’m Grace, but everyone knows me as Chickie. A New Jersey native with Sicilian roots, baking Italian biscotti has been my passion long before selling them ever came to mind. As a child, I always helped my mother whenver she baked her cookies. Now as an Italian grandmother myself, I bake for every occasion for my family.. holiday, birthday, anniversary or any reason to celebrate (with love of course!). My dream was to share my mom's delicious recipes along with my biscotti with everyone.

Way back in 2007, a friend of mine fell in love with my cookies and asked me to begin selling them at their local deli. Eventually word of mouth took over, and ever since I have been blessed to be able to bake my cookies for tons of happy customers. 

What was once just for family occasions, has now turned into my business thanks to the help of my family. Every biscotti is homemade by myself, with wholesome fresh ingredients. My personal goal behind making each cookie is to bring the cultural experience of Italy to my customers with every bite.
